What does posting “using Vendor Account or User Account” for Twitter mean?

Twitter has the option to post to a guest’s private account (by prompting them to login) or post to the vendor account. The Vendor account can be any account that is logged into the Twitter App on the iPad so it can either be your company or your client’s.
